Page Personnel in London is seeking an Interim Assistant Commercial Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for a public sector client. You will manage procurements from initiation through to contract award and implementation, including low-value and select high-value contracts up to about £5 million.

The role requires strong drafting skills for governance papers and procurement documents, excellent analytical and organisational abilities, and a solid understanding of procurement regulations.

• Experience drafting governance papers and procurement documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement activities from initiation through to contract award and implementation.
• Manage low-value and selected high-value procurements up to £5 million.
• Draft RFPs, pricing schedules, governance papers, and approval documents.
• Review, draft, and manage contracts and contract variations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, governance, and internal processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop market-ready specifications and strategies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supporting documentation.
• Support engagement with various stakeholders and partner organisations.
