Job summary

Reporting into senior management, you will lead contract negotiations, mentor the commercial team, and collaborate with operational and finance colleagues to meet business
Qualifications
- Experience leading commercial teams in infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and sound business judgment.
- Experience managing contracts and financial performance.
- Proactive decision-maker with drive to improve processes.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build relationships across operational, commercial and client teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the commercial function across a portfolio of projects.
- Lead the commercial management of multiple infrastructure projects.
- Provide commercial advice and decision support to project teams.
- Manage client and subcontractor relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and resolve commercial matters.
- Monitor costs, profitability and project performance.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team.
