Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead a growing commercial team on high-end interiors projects for blue-chip clients. You will manage costing, budgets, sub-contracting, procurement and contract administration, mentor QSs, and drive structured project costing from £200k to £5m.

The role requires a pro-active leader with a track record in commercial interiors.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Postgraduate qualification in construction law, commercial or project management is desirable.
• 10+ years post‑graduate experience, with 5+ years in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the commercial team on interior sector projects.
• Manage costing, budgets, and accounts for current and upcoming schemes.
• Oversee sub‑contracts, procurement and contract administration.
• Drive structured, organized project costing and commercial reporting.
