Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial management role.
• Experience in Prime / Super prime property is preferred.
• Experience with a main contractor is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Desire to lead and build teams.

Responsibilities

• Take lead of the Commercial division and oversee the team.
• Oversee 5 quantity surveyors and an assistant; manage P&L.
• Support growth and development of the new generation.
• Ensure delivery of projects with strong financial control.

Commercial Manager Role

You'll take lead of the Commercial division. Overseeing 5 quantity surveyors and an assistant you'll be responsible for overseeing the division, Profit and Loss and supporting the new generation.

Projects range from £5 million to £30 million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East has to offer.
