Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking a Commercial Manager in Greater Manchester. You will lead the commercial team across high-end interiors projects, cost budgeting, and procurement, with responsibility for costing and accounts on live and upcoming schemes.

Applicants should have a strong background in dry lining, SFS, joinery or interior works, plus mentoring and leadership experience within subcontracting environments.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience, at least 5 in construction.
• Strong background in commercial interiors and subcontracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial team and mentor junior QS staff.
• Costing and accounts for current projects and new won work.
• Manage cost budgeting, contract administration, sub-contracts and procurement.
• Coordinate and support other QS and senior QS across projects.
