The National Trust is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead a large, multi-outlet Food & Beverage and Retail operation across the Bath portfolio. You'll drive profitability while delivering exceptional visitor experiences and supporting conservation work.

Reporting to the commercial leadership, you will manage managers and teams, use data and KPIs to identify opportunities, oversee forecasting, cost control, and waste reduction, and champion safe, inclusive service for staff and visitors.

• Seasoned leader with track record of building high-performing management teams.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Retail operations in multi-outlet environments.
• Strong financial discipline: budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Data-savvy with ability to use KPIs to drive decisions.
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service and visitor experiences.
• Effective communicator with stakeholder management.
• Awareness of food safety, allergen management, licensing, health and safety.
