This framework will see projects delivered through an industry-leading collaboration between the client, programme partners, delivery partners, and suppliers working together as an integrated team. Our role includes design development and delivery of the Concrete Structures, Groundworks, and Blockwork package, estimated to be worth around £1bn over the next 15+ years.

The Senior Commercial Manager Role:

• Work closely with the Deputy Commercial Director and Operations Director - Nuclear to ensure a compliant contract and safeguard our commercial and contractual interests.
• Oversee commercial activities, including cost administration and risk management, through an onsite and offsite team.
• Collaborate with the PPP partner to foster relationships demonstrated through the partner’s confidence in reporting.

Your Profile:

• Possess a degree in BSc Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent experience/memberships.
• Have construction industry experience with a main contractor managing large infrastructure projects.
