Job summary

Une entreprise de premier plan dans le secteur de l'ingénierie civile recrute un Senior Commercial Manager pour un projet majeur dans le Sud-Est du Royaume-Uni. Dans ce rôle à long terme et hors IR35, vous travaillerez au sein d'une petite équipe commerciale, avec des responsabilités clés liées à la gestion des coûts, l'administration des contrats NEC et la gestion des sous-traitants. Ce poste offre un taux compétitif de 480£ à 550£ par jour pour un candidat dans la région de Londres, nécessitant une présence au bureau 1 à 2 jours par semaine.

Qualifications

• Expérience sur des projets civils majeurs (nucléaire, ferroviaire, routes, eau).
• Solide connaissance des contrats NEC requise.
• Compétences prouvées en gestion de projet et leadership d'équipe.

Responsibilities

• Gestion commerciale des coûts, de l'administration des contrats NEC jusqu'au compte final.
• Gestion des sous-traitants et des packages de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
• Contrôle des coûts, valeur acquise et reporting financier.

We're recruiting a Senior Commercial Manager to join a leading main contractor on a high profile, heavy civil engineering project in the South East. This long-term contract role is outside IR35 and involves working within a small commercial team on a major civil engineering package.
Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial management from Target Outrun Costs setting to final account
• NEC contract administration and change management
• Management of subcontract/supply chain packages
• Cost control, earned value, and financial reporting

Requirements

• Major civils project experience (e.g. nuclear, rail, highways, water)
• Strong NEC contract knowledge
• Proven skills in commercial awareness, client liaison, project management and team leadership
• Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MICES) or equivalent experience
• Based within reach of London for 1-2 office days per week
