Senior Commercial Manager - TrueSight

Location: UK, Remote

About you:

• Possess a strong business acumen and a customer-centric mindset.

• Proficient in delivering presentations to diverse organisational levels, including C-level executives both internally and externally.

• Experienced in driving sales and marketing initiatives for the benefit of both NRR and GRR

• Experienced in driving and controlling pipeline through various commercial initiatives.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of adoption reporting, capable of leveraging adoption findings to identify new sales opportunities and customer engagement avenues for enhancing adoption outcomes.

• Demonstrates exceptional analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving methodologies.

• The ability to comprehend and effectively communicate customer requirements for software and services.

• Possess the ability to generate innovative and commercially viable concepts.

• Assume the leadership role and guide your designated team in developing adoption-centric commercial outcomes within your designated software company. This will enable you to meet the established targets.

• Proficiency in comprehensively understanding the similar functionalities of Access IP and other relevant third-party products.

• Excellent at establishing robust internal and external relationships to promptly and diplomatically seize opportunities by swiftly resolving challenging situations.

• Can promptly and effectively respond to customer correspondence.

• Proficient in drafting exceptional agreements that provide Access and its customers with a comprehensive understanding of the contractual relationship.

• Always provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

• Have a comprehensive understanding of the pace of technological advancement and the advantages that cloud and SaaS services offer.

• Hold comprehensive knowledge of the data retention requirements and the associated risks of not complying with historical data management practices.

• An enthusiastic individual with a strong aptitude for initiating tasks and maintaining a positive disposition in the face of adversity.

• An individual with meticulous attention to detail, adept at handling and interpreting extensive datasets.

• A proven track record of delivering solutions within the pertinent market.

• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in the utilisation of Microsoft Excel.

• Hold a full driving licence

Day-to-day, you will:

• Collaborate with the leadership team of your assigned software company and the Board Members within the Access division.

• Develop and oversee commercial initiatives that align with customer adoption outcomes and the strategic goals of the assigned software company.

• Manage and develop commercial opportunities and initiatives associated with customer adoption in the interests of both NRR and GRR.

• Foster and enhance divisional achievements through adoption lead outcomes by establishing new initiatives to implement, generate, and oversee a range of projects within the assigned software company.

• Lead from the front with a wider team to ensure that all commercial objectives are achieved in your assigned software company.

• Present to both internal and external stakeholders. On occasions, you will also be required to present to large groups both in person and digitally.

• Be persuasive and compelling in articulating thoughts and concepts.

• Provide regular forecasts within a 5% tolerance.

• Attend customer meetings both digitally and at customers' offices.

• Identify improvements for all adoption reporting.

• Be accountable for all targets associated with your assigned software company.

• Attend an Access office at least two days per week for the benefit of collaboration and networking.

• Develop, own, and manage programs with wider functions such as Sales, marketing, and Customer Success.

• Attend regular leadership meetings with your assigned software company

• Clearly communicate your data requirements to the broader data teams to achieve the desired commercial outcomes.

• Communicate with customers clearly and concisely, both written and orally.
