We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager (Tesco) to join our expanding commercial team. If you’re passionate about food, sales, and delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you!

The Role

As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will manage the commercial relationship with Tesco, develop strategic plans to drive growth, and report to the Head of Grocery. You will also oversee a National Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management: P&L ownership, driving sales and growth with Tesco.
  2. Customer Knowhow: Understand and align with Tesco’s strategy to identify opportunities.
  3. Negotiation & Planning: Lead annual agreements and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Innovation, and Operations teams.
  5. Leadership: Manage a National Account Executive - Grocery.

  • FMCG experience within UK Grocery (TESCO experience ESSENTIAL).
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L and JBP accountability.
  • Food brand / manufacturer background (desirable).
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and analytical skills.
  • Passion for food and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
