Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in commercial litigation.
• Experience handling complex and high value disputes.
• Ability to manage own caseload and develop business.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and settlement documents.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery and breach of warranty matters.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, instructions to counsel and settlement documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Contribute to business development activities.
