Job summary

eNL is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor in Manchester. The role targets Senior Associate level or experienced Associate ready to progress to Senior Associate, handling high-value disputes with support from a growing team.

You will manage a varied caseload, including contract and shareholder disputes, with responsibility for pleadings, strategy, and client-facing advice. Business development and mentoring of juniors are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong drafting, analytical and client-care skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to manage multi-party disputes.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, witness statements and settlement documentation.
• Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including contract and shareholder matters.
• Contribute to business development and mentor junior colleagues.
