Job summary

Principality Building Society, based in Wales, seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to join the Commercial Lending team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, originate new lending opportunities and ensure adherence to credit policy while delivering strong service.

You will network with commercial real estate and business communities, mentor colleagues and contribute to quick, flexible decisions within a supportive, inclusive culture that values wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a commercial property lending environment with investment & development funding knowledge.
• Strong sales & negotiating skills are essential for securing deals.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities for client relationships.
• Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues within a team.
• Driving licence – company car provided as part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of clients and originate commercial lending deals within credit policy.
• Networking: Build relationships in the commercial real estate and business community to grow the Society’s brand.
