Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mobile telecommunications or wireless infrastructure commercial leadership.
• Proven experience managing full P&L and financial performance across projects.
• Strong contract management with NEC3/NEC4 frameworks and change control.
• Experience billing, revenue assurance and financial reporting for multi-project portfolios.
• Leadership of commercial teams and governance, reporting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Wireless Division Commercial Team and drive governance, controls and reporting.
• Provide commercial leadership to operations, project and finance teams.
• Manage full P&L responsibility and monitor budget vs forecast for profitability.
• Oversee contract management, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts and mitigate contractual risk.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and partners.
• Oversee billing, revenue recovery, WIP and cash collection; ensure accurate invoicing.
