Job summary

MJ Quinn seeks a Commercial Lead for the Wireless Division, reporting to the Head of Operations. You will provide direction to the Commercial Team, ensuring profitable project delivery, robust governance and strong customer and supplier relationships. The role covers contract management, revenue assurance, and reporting across NEC3/NEC4 frameworks.

The position is hybrid, based in the Southampton area, with travel to sites as required and a salary up to £62k DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mobile telecommunications or wireless infrastructure.
• Experience managing commercial teams and full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Wireless Division Commercial Team and establish robust governance.
• Provide commercial leadership to operational, project and finance teams.
• Manage contract obligations, variations and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee billing, revenue assurance and financial reporting processes.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support bids, tenders and new business opportunities.
