Job summary

You will work with the Project Director and Technical Lead to shape strategy, oversee commercial activities, and ensure strong project controls that support delivery and governance.

The role offers hybrid working with time in the London office, home, and site visits.

Qualifications

• Seniority in commercial roles within infrastructure or capital projects.
• Experience reporting to boards or investors.
• Contract management with delivery track record.
• Experience handling commercial claims and variations.
• Knowledge of project insurance and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial and contract management activities with governance and risk control.
• Drive financial performance through investment case clarity and risk management.
• Oversee the full project controls function: planning, costing, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate project controls resources and maintain the integrated baseline for risk and changes.
• Prepare boards and governance materials to support informed decision-making.
