Job summary

Accenture in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, ground-up data centre projects for major technology clients across Europe. You will oversee delivery from inception through commissioning, managing time, cost, quality and safety across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong consultancy experience, Chartered status or progression toward it, and proven ability to drive cross-functional teams, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
• Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
• Chartered status or on path to achieving this.
• Understanding of the total project life cycle, from conception to post-project review.
• Excellent knowledge of main PM concepts, tools and techniques.
• Design, management, or construction experience in residential, office, fit-outs, health & education environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise at project conception on approaches to achieve client objectives.
• Establish overall success criteria: time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Plan and manageQuality, safety, health and environment issues.
• Establish governance, processes and systems for the project.
• Produce the detailed project plan.
• Advise on procurement of resources.
• Lead and facilitat e cross-functional project team.
• Monitor performance using KPIs to improve outcomes.
• Manage the change control process.
• Monitor and advise on project finances.
• Coordinate information flow between team and client via meetings and reports.
• Lead interface with client and consultants at all stages.
