Sizewell C Company seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide strategic commercial leadership within the Civil Works Alliance. You will drive governance, data accuracy, and deep commercial insight across a £200m annual spend, partnering with the ASTOC Commercial Lead and multiple stakeholder teams.

Essential experience includes NEC contract administration, governance, and proven delivery in large infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Extensive commercial management experience in major projects or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of NEC and professional services contract administration.
• Proven experience managing governance, compliance, and commercial assurance processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage across multiple levels.
• Demonstrable experience managing liabilities, forecasts, and commercial reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead and mentor others.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and commercial management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial management and administration of PSCs across ASTOC with robust governance.
• Ensure compliance with commercial governance requirements and delegated authority.
• Manage liabilities, commitments, and commercial obligations across the portfolio.
• Lead ASTOC allowance reviews and conduct comprehensive commercial assessments.
• Support approvals, applications and funding processes with commercial expertise.
• Provide commercial insurance across ASTOC activities and expenditure.
• Develop and improve AFP commercial processes and controls for efficiency.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across Commercial, Finance, Delivery and Client teams.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure proper commercial records.
