The role sits within a multi-disciplinary team and focuses on delivering major projects in the North West of England, growing with a diverse portfolio. You will embed a culture of commercial excellence, balancing client needs with people priorities and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications with strong commercial and contract management expertise.
• Experience providing commercial and project leadership across Defence and Security projects.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership on complex infrastructure projects from feasibility to delivery.
• Serve as a senior leader and trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Defence and Security and wider leadership to ensure well-planned, resourced projects.
• Anticipate future resource needs and support recruitment of skills for the digital future.
• Demonstrate commitment to people development and mentoring future leaders.
• Lead with energy to align diverse teams and deliver value for money within client objectives.
• Support major bids and opportunities, engaging clients and contributing to broader business initiatives.
