Job summary

Motus Recruitment is seeking a Commercial & IP Solicitor (3-7 PQE) for a regional firm with offices in Hampshire, Surrey and Thames Valley. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating licensing and technology agreements, IP protections and cross-border transactions, with a varied and high-quality caseload.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial contract knowledge and an interest in IP, with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams in a flexible, hybrid

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' PQE in a Legal 500/Chambers-ranked firm or in-house team
• Strong commercial law knowledge across a broad contracts portfolio
• Interest or experience in IP matters, including licensing or IP aspects of transactions

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of commercial and IP matters
• Draft and negotiate supply, distribution and licensing agreements
