Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd in Harrogate is seeking a Client Advisor to manage a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients. This is a hybrid role with flexibility around office attendance, offering a discretionary annual bonus and a rotation of client-facing responsibilities.

The successful candidate will handle renewals, negotiate with insurers and deliver a high standard of client service across multiple lines of commercial insurance.

Qualifications

• Commercial broking experience, ideally handling larger SME, mid-market or corporate accounts.
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple classes of commercial insurance.
• Confidence managing client relationships and negotiating with insurers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients.
• Handle renewals, negotiate with insurers and ensure clients have the right cover in place.
• Work across multiple classes of commercial insurance.
• Manage complex risks and deliver a high standard of client service.
