Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a Commercial Insurance broking environment.
• ACII qualification preferred or progress toward.
• Experience as Insurance Account Handler, Broker or Client Service Executive.
• Knowledge of cross-class commercial insurance.
• Ability to collate information and produce reports.
• Strong communication with clients, teams and service providers.
• Experience with Acturis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level professional advice and client service across the client relationship.
• Handle inquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments and quotations.
• Lead larger client insurance programs.
• Manage a range of new business enquiries and market presentations.
• Act as a technical referral point and mentor to junior staff.
• Collaborate with senior directors and executives on client engagement.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing personal and career development.
