Job Description:

Our client, a MARKETING business near ST PAUL'S STATION, is seeking an accomplished SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join during their next growth phase. This is a great opportunity to join a company that values its staff.

THE ROLE

• Serve as a finance business partner, collaborating with the Assistant FD and agency, managing the business unit P&L, and ensuring alignment.
• Partner with agency leadership to develop accurate full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates.
• Work with the UK&I Reporting Team to analyze variances.
• Liaise with the Financial Control Team on financial concerns like overdue debt and unbilled media.
• Support the creation of PowerBI dashboards for forecasts and budgets.
• Assess revenue growth risks and collaborate on cost control measures.
• Lead monthly revenue review meetings with key stakeholders alongside the Commercial Finance Manager.
• Partner with the Management Accountant to ensure accurate staff allocations.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports, including P&L performance, debt summaries, and escalation points.
• Conduct client profitability analyses and report to senior agency teams.
• Work with business leads to maintain or improve profitability.
• Assist in contract management, including review, scope assessment, and fee proposals.
• Oversee onboarding for new clients, including credit insurance and system setup.
• Provide leadership to two direct reports.
