Job Description:

Our client, a MARKETING business based near ST PAUL'S STATION, is seeking an accomplished SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join them during their next exciting growth phase. This is an incredible opportunity to join a company that values its staff.

THE ROLE

• Serve as a finance business partner collaborating with the Assistant FD and agency while managing the business unit P&L, ensuring alignment.
• Partner with agency leadership to develop accurate full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates.
• Work with the UK&I Reporting Team to provide variance analysis.
• Liaise with the Financial Control Team to escalate financial concerns such as overdue debt and unbilled media.
• Support the creation of PowerBI dashboards to clarify forecasts and budgets for leadership.
• Assess revenue growth risks and collaborate on cost control measures.
• Co-lead monthly revenue review meetings with key stakeholders alongside the Commercial Finance Manager.
• Partner with the Management Accountant to ensure accurate staff allocations.
• Prepare and present monthly management information including P&L performance, debt summaries, and escalation reports.
• Conduct client profitability analyses and update senior teams regularly.
• Work with business leads to maintain or improve profitability.
• Assist in contract management by reviewing contracts, assessing scopes, and preparing fee proposals.
• Oversee onboarding for new clients, including credit insurance setup and system integration.
• Provide guidance and leadership to two direct reports.
