Job Description:

Our client, a MARKETING business based near ST PAUL'S STATION, is seeking an accomplished SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join them during their next growth phase. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that values its staff.

THE ROLE

• Serve as a finance business partner, collaborating with the Assistant FD and agency, managing the business unit P&L, and ensuring alignment.
• Partner with agency leadership to develop full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates.
• Work with the UK&I Reporting Team to provide variance analysis.
• Liaise with the Financial Control Team on financial concerns such as overdue debt and unbilled media.
• Support the creation of PowerBI dashboards for forecasts and budgets.
• Assess revenue growth risks and collaborate on cost control measures.
• Co-lead monthly revenue review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Partner with the Management Accountant to ensure accurate staff allocations.
• Compile and present monthly management information, including P&L performance, debt summaries, and escalation points.
• Conduct client profitability analyses and update senior teams.
• Work with business leads to maintain or improve profitability.
• Assist with contract management, including review and analysis of scopes and fees.
• Oversee onboarding for new clients, including credit and system setup.
• Provide guidance and leadership to two direct reports.
