Job Description:

Our client, a MARKETING business near ST PAULS STATION, is seeking an experienced SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join during their growth phase. This is a great opportunity to be part of a company that values its staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance business partner, managing the business unit P&L and collaborating with the Assistant FD and agency.
• Develop full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates with agency leadership.
• Provide variance analysis with the UK&I Reporting Team.
• Liaise with the Financial Control Team on financial concerns like overdue debt and unbilled media.
• Support PowerBI dashboard creation for forecasts and budgets.
• Assess revenue risks and collaborate on cost control measures.
• Lead monthly revenue review meetings with stakeholders.
• Work with the Management Accountant to ensure staff allocations are accurate.
• Prepare and present management info packs, including P&L performance and debt summaries.
• Conduct client profitability analyses and update senior teams.
• Assist with contract review, scope assessment, and operational guidance.
• Oversee onboarding for new clients, including credit insurance and system setup.
• Provide leadership to two direct reports.
