Job Description:

Our client, a MARKETING business based near ST PAULS STATION, is seeking an accomplished SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join them during their next growth phase. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that values its staff.

THE ROLE

• Serve as a finance business partner, collaborating with the Assistant FD and agency, managing the business unit P&L, and ensuring alignment.
• Partner with agency leadership to develop accurate full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates.
• Work with the UK&I Reporting Team to analyze variances.
• Liaise with the Financial Control Team to escalate financial concerns such as overdue debt and unbilled media.
• Support the creation of PowerBI dashboards to clarify forecasts and budgets for leadership.
• Assess revenue growth risks and collaborate on cost control measures.
• Co-lead monthly revenue review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Partner with the Management Accountant to ensure accurate staff allocations.
• Prepare and present a monthly management information pack, including YTD P&L performance, debtors, WIP, and unbilled media summaries.
• Conduct client profitability analyses and update senior agency teams.
• Work with business leads to maintain or improve profitability.
• Assist with contract management, including reviews, scope assessments, and fee proposals.
• Oversee onboarding for new clients, including credit insurance and system integration.
• Provide guidance and leadership to two direct reports.
