Our client, a MARKETING business near ST PAUL'S STATION, is seeking an accomplished SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join them during their next exciting growth phase. This is a great opportunity to join a company that values its staff.

The Role

• Serve as a finance business partner collaborating with the Assistant FD and agency, managing the business unit P&L, and ensuring alignment.
• Partner with agency leadership to develop full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates.
• Work with the UK&I Reporting Team to provide variance analysis.
• Liaise with the Financial Control Team regarding financial concerns like overdue debt and unbilled media.
• Support the creation of PowerBI dashboards for forecasts and budgets.
• Assess revenue growth risks and collaborate on cost control measures.
• Co-lead monthly revenue review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Partner with the Management Accountant to ensure accurate staff allocations.
• Compile and present monthly management reports, including P&L performance and debt summaries.
• Conduct client profitability analyses and update senior agency teams.
• Work with business leads on profitability strategies.
• Assist with contract management, including reviewing contracts and analysing timesheets.
• Oversee onboarding for new clients, including credit insurance and system setup.
• Provide leadership to two direct reports.
