Our client, a MARKETING business based near ST PAULS STATION, is seeking an accomplished SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join them during their next growth phase. This is a great opportunity to join a company that values its staff.

THE ROLE

• Serve as a finance business partner, managing the business unit P&L and collaborating with the Assistant FD and agency.
• Develop full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates with agency leadership.
• Work with the UK&I Reporting Team on variance analysis.
• Coordinate with the Financial Control Team on financial concerns like overdue debt and unbilled media.
• Support PowerBI dashboard creation for forecasts and budgets.
• Assess revenue risks and work on cost control measures.
• Lead monthly revenue review meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Management Accountant to ensure staff allocations are accurate.
• Prepare monthly management reports on P&L performance, debt, and unbilled media.
• Analyze client profitability and update senior teams.
• Work with business leads to maintain or improve profitability.
• Assist with contract review, scope assessment, timesheet analysis, and fee proposals.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients, including credit insurance and system setup.
• Provide leadership to two direct reports.
