Knightsbridge Commercial Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Commercial Director – South East to lead client engagements with business owners across the South East. Based in the South East with preferred locations including Maidstone, Chatham, Gravesend, Basildon, Crawley, Woking or surrounding areas, you will join a growing team within Knightsbridge, part of the K3 Advisory Group.

You will meet owners, understand their objectives, present tailored sale strategies, and secure instructions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to understand financial information.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East.

Responsibilities

• Meet business owners to understand objectives and secure instruction.
• Conduct pre-arranged meetings across the South East with decision-makers.
• Build credibility with owners, directors and shareholders.
• Review client financials, discuss value ranges and market positioning.
• Present Knightsbridge services persuasively and professionally.
• Follow up to maintain momentum and secure commitments.
