Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel, Procurement in London. This hybrid role requires you to work from our London HQ for a minimum of 3 days a week.

You will navigate complex commercial contracts, mitigate vendor risks, and help scale our international technology and procurement capabilities across high-growth markets. You’ll report to the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel for the UK & Ireland and partner with Tech, Marketing, People, Finance and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with significant experience advising international businesses.
• Proven track record across core commercial and procurement areas including technology procurement and outsourcing.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate in a fast-paced, global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate complex commercial transactions, including SaaS contracts and multi-jurisdictional outsourcings.
• Deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal advice to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead legal strategy in working groups and manage legal risks from inception to solution.
