Job summary

Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, is seeking a Commercial Manager, Global Supply Chain in London to shape a unified commercial model across our ecosystem. You will build sourcing strategies, lead international negotiations, and drive supplier performance across DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt.

You will translate category strategies into actionable plans, run end-to-end sourcing events, and manage contracting with Legal while ensuring ethical sourcing and strong KPIs across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in supply chain sourcing across logistics, 3PL, or manufactured goods with measurable value.
• Demonstrated end-to-end competitive sourcing, including hands-on contract negotiation with international suppliers.
• Proven capability in supplier relationship and performance management, incl. disputes and joint innovation.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with expertise in TCO modeling and landed costs.

Responsibilities

• Translate category strategies into actionable sourcing plans across warehousing, last-mile fulfilment, apparel, manufacturing, and consumables.
• Lead end-to-end competitive sourcing events, using spend analytics and market intelligence to secure optimal outcomes.
• Build and execute robust negotiation positions focusing on unit cost, freight, duty, and working capital impact.
• Own end-to-end contracting in partnership with Legal and manage supplier performance and risk across regions and brands.
