Job summary

ARM International is seeking an experienced contract and commercial professional in the United Kingdom to oversee multiple contracts and bids. You will draft, negotiate and administer complex contracts, terms and conditions, and commercial agreements while developing pricing strategies and bid proposals.

You will manage contractual changes, performance and risks, collaborating with procurement, project teams, customers and suppliers to secure optimal commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing UK Government and international contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial risk and mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of business finance, profit and loss, margins, escalation and foreign exchange.
• Knowledge of export legislation, import taxes and duties.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Willingness to travel within the UK, with occasional overseas travel.
