Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics, Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with network/tech bill validation.
• FinOps processes and cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, GCS).

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely bill validation for technology services
• Build and refresh monthly bill trend reporting through Excel and Power BI
• Pro-active mindset to investigate variances with supporting commentary
• Manage supplier and customer queries to resolution
• Keep accurate data for inventories and queries
• Track against team KPIs to ensure service targets are met
• Support the wider team with training and best practice
• Bring your expertise on how TNC can work more efficiently as a team on the analytical services we deliver
• Play a supporting role in the setup of FinOps processes
