Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and independent data work.
• Experience in eCommerce, digital retail or consumer-facing business.
• Ability to demonstrate commercial impact of analysis.
• Experience with pricing, promotions, sales or trading analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and optimisation of digital store and eCommerce performance.
• Use SQL to query, analyse and interpret large datasets.
• Deliver actionable commercial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyse pricing, promotions, sales trends and trading performance.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
• Create reports, presentations and insight packs for senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue and customer experience.
• Work closely with product, commercial and trading teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
