Qualifications

• Experience in CNC programming and machining with a solid CAM software understanding.
• ONC/HNC (Mechanical/Manufacturing Technology) or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and G-code.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex machining operations on CNC milling machines and read and understand G-code.
• Mentor fellow employees to resolve complex machining problems.
• Write and edit complex CNC programs to support production requirements, optimizing cost and quality.
• Set and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines.
• Read and understand technical drawings.
• Produce quality parts in a timely manner.
• Verify conformance of finished workpieces to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
• Collaborate with machinists, Engineering, and Product/Production Management to solve problems and improve processes.
