Job summary

Plymouth, MI-based manufacturer seeks an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer to join a precision manufacturing team. You will program, setup, troubleshoot, and run parts from start to finish on modern CNC turning equipment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with CNC lathe programming, G-code, and CAM software (Esprit or Fusion 360), and familiarity with Mazak/DMG Mori/Doosan machines. OT opportunities and a stable, full-time role are available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a CNC Lathe Programmer and Machinist.
• Proficient in G-code programming and CAM workflows.
• Experience on Mazak, DMG Mori, or Doosan lathes.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and run CNC lathe parts from start to finish.
• Create and optimize CNC programs using G-code and CAM software.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure tolerances.
