Job summary

Radiant is building AI-native infrastructure and expanding its cloud storage portfolio. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery across object, block, and file storage, data lifecycle, performance, and APIs, partnering with engineering, SRE, security, and customers.

This highly technical role focuses on high performance, reliability, and cost efficiency, with ownership from discovery to launch and clear success metrics for adoption and unit economics.

Qualifications

• Experience owning technical products, cloud infrastructure, storage platforms, or developer-facing infrastructure services.
• Strong understanding of high performance storage systems and cloud storage workloads.
• Technical fluency across storage architectures, protocols, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with storage tech like MinIO, Lustre, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Radiant’s storage products and services.
• Define requirements across object, block, and file storage and integration with Radiant services.
• Translate customer needs into requirements, APIs, workflows, and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering on storage architecture, performance, durability, and platform integration.
• Drive prioritisation, delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration.
