Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We are seeking a Lead Infrastructure Product Engineer to bridge product, platform engineering, and cloud infrastructure, shaping core capabilities for Radiant’s cloud platform.

You’ll influence compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, APIs, and automation, partnering with product, SRE, security, and customers. This senior, hands-on role focuses on turning complex infrastructure into reliable, scalable, and easy-to-consume platform products,

Formación

• Strong software and infrastructure engineering experience across cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, and containers.
• Platform engineering: provisioning, orchestration, IAM, observability, automation.
• Developer tooling: APIs, SDKs, CLIs, web consoles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and delivery of platform infrastructure capabilities, APIs, workflows, and developer tooling.
• Translate customer and business needs into technical product solutions with product teams.
• Build and prototype capabilities across compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, identity, and platform services.
• Define patterns for APIs, automation, provisioning, lifecycle management, and service integration.
• Improve self-service, reliability, observability, and developer experience across the platform.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to validate solutions and identify pain points.
• Support product discovery through prototypes, spikes, benchmarks, and proofs-of-concept.
