Job summary

Radiant is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of an AI-native cloud platform. You will implement scalable, resilient infrastructure and self-service tooling, enabling teams to run HPC and AI/ML workloads at scale.

You will lead virtualization, bare-metal provisioning, Kubernetes across hybrid/multi-cloud, CI/CD pipelines, security hardening, observability, and IaC automation, partnering with cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering infrastructure at scale in cloud-native, AI-native environments.
• Strong Kubernetes fundamentals and container networking knowledge.
• Hands-on coding experience in Go or Python for automation.
• Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Solid observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana and tracing.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate virtualization solutions optimized for AI-native workloads.
• Provision, orchestrate and manage bare-metal hardware at scale.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure delivery.
• Implement security hardening, IAM, and supply chain security practices.
• Create clear runbooks and documentation for infrastructure.
