Radiant seeks a Senior/Principal Product Manager - Storage to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of its cloud storage portfolio, spanning object, block, and file storage, data lifecycle, and APIs. You will partner with engineering, infrastructure, SRE, networking, security, and commercial teams to scale high-performance storage services for demanding workloads.

Competenze

Experience owning technical products, cloud infrastructure, storage platforms, or developer-facing infrastructure services.
Strong understanding of high performance storage systems and cloud storage workloads.
Familiarity with protocols and interfaces: S3, NFS, CSI, NVMe/NVMe-oF, APIs.
Infrastructure: Kubernetes, containers, networking, cloud platforms.
Ability to reason about trade-offs between performance, durability, availability, cost, and operational complexity.
Strong prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working closely with engineers and customers on highly technical problems.

Mansioni

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Radiant’s storage products and services.
Define requirements across object, block, and file storage and integrations with existing services.
Translate customer needs into precise product requirements, APIs, workflows, SLAs, and priorities.
Collaborate with engineering on storage architecture, performance, durability, and platform integration.
Engage with customers and internal teams to understand workload requirements (capacity, throughput, latency, resilience, cost).
Drive integrations with compute, Kubernetes, IAM, observability, and developer tooling.
Own prioritisation, delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous iteration.
