Job summary

Cint is building a secure, scalable cloud platform in AWS with green-field infrastructure and end-to-end CI/CD. You will shape security practices, automate security postures, and collaborate with engineers across teams to embed secure design and operations.

Expect a hands-on role with influence across the tech function and a competitive compensation package. You will tackle threat assessments, IAM policy design, and container security while supporting monitoring and incident response processes

Qualifications

• Three years or more experience in Cloud Infrastructure roles (predominantly AWS) with DevSecOps.
• Interact with AWS via CLI and/or API confidently.
• Proficient in infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Expertise in threat assessment, attack surface management, data security, and network stack at L4/L7.
• Experience designing IAM policies, roles and trust policies.
• Knowledge of VPN, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, KMS and TLS.
• Experience with container security and Docker images/containers, including orchestration security.
• Experience with security audits, static/dynamic analysis and security KPIs.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Python, Bash, Ruby, Node, Golang, or Java.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve security posture across legacy and green-field resources, including data, applications and networks.
• Provide security expertise to engineering teams and ensure policy adoption.
• Automate software delivery to cloud platform and embed security into DevSecOps.
• Enhance monitoring and alerting with security data points.
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist with troubleshooting.
• Define and implement a Security Incident Response process with ongoing evolvement.
