Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Infrastructure & Platform Specialist Solutions Engineer in the UK to guide enterprise customers through Databricks deployments on AWS, Azure or GCP. You will architect secure, scalable cloud deployments with strong identity and networking controls and work with cross-functional teams to address complex requirements.

You will demonstrate live coding in Python and PySpark, contribute to platform adoption, and influence product direction.

Qualifications

4+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or senior technical roles.
Strong on cloud security controls, IAM and identity federation standards.
Experience with enterprise networking, VPC/VNet design and private links.
Hands-on IaC using Terraform or cloud-native tooling.

Responsibilities

Guide enterprise customers through Databricks deployments across AWS, Azure or GCP.
Architect secure, scalable deployments meeting identity and networking needs.
Demonstrate technical differentiation in competitive scenarios.
Collaborate with DSAs, SAs, and partners to address complex needs.
Contribute to architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.
