AND Digital is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer for a 12 Month FTC in the UK. You will shape, scale and own the cloud platform, delivering self-service capabilities, robust security and reliable performance for engineering teams.

This hands-on, technical leadership role requires guiding architectural decisions while remaining practical and collaborative. The role emphasises platform engineering as a product, with focus on automation, observability, and governance to accelerate software

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and operating internal platforms at scale.
• Proficient in cloud-native architectures and platform as a product mindset.
• Strong automation, CI/CD, and IaC practices to improve developer productivity.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural strategy and roadmap for the AWS cloud platform.
• Build reusable platform services and self-service tooling.
• Drive automation across infrastructure, delivery, and platform lifecycle.
• Establish platform standards and best practices across engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of operational excellence.
