Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support secure, scalable, cloud-native platform solutions within a public sector environment. The role requires strong experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, identity and access management, and modern DevOps practices.

You will work in a hybrid setup with BPSS + SC Transfer clearance and UK work eligibility, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver reliable platforms and assist data migration efforts

Qualifications

Senior DevOps Engineer with public sector experience preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and containerization.
Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud platform solutions.
Configure ACP/Core Cloud environments and IAM solutions.
Support object storage and databases (S3, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and delivery.
Assist with data migration activities where required.
Document standards and maintain operational best practices.
