Job summary

LocalStack is hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and operate scalable cloud solutions for customers. You will optimize cost, performance, and reliability, deploying workloads with Kubernetes, Fargate, or other container tech, and automating infrastructure with Terraform and CloudFormation.

We expect 6+ years in Cloud/SRE/DevOps roles, strong AWS expertise (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda), Linux proficiency, and hands-on CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Cloud/SRE/DevOps/Infrastructure roles.
• Strong AWS experience (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS, VPC).
• Linux proficiency and CI/CD tooling expertise.
• Experience with container orchestration and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud solutions.
• Optimize for cost efficiency and performance.
