Job summary

Shaw Daniels Solutions is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, deliver and enable secure, scalable cloud capabilities for defence projects in the UK. You will provide technical leadership across programmes and bids, collaborating with project managers, customers and engineering teams to solve complex challenges.

The role requires hands-on AWS experience, Terraform for IaC, and a track record of delivering cloud solutions from conception to completion in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead technical delivery teams and mentor engineers.
• Strong experience in cloud engineering across projects, programmes and bids.
• Effective communication with senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
