Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior network engineer in London to design, operate, and scale global multi-vendor, multi-cloud data center networks. You will drive architectural patterns and automation within a fast-growing security platform environment.

Responsibilities include implementing cloud constructs, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring compliance and data sovereignty across regions. Ideal candidates bring extensive cloud networking experience and leadership in hybrid networks.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving agile cross-functional projects to completion independently with minimal supervision.
• 7+ years of expert design and hands-on experience with complex networking and data center fabrics.
• 5+ years of practical multi-cloud networking experience deploying and supporting cloud connectivity at hyperscalers or security companies.
• Extensive experience with automation using version control, and scripting in Bash/Python/Go.
• Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into practical network design, reference architectures, and runbooks.
• Design, operate, and implement global multi-vendor, multi-cloud, hybrid data center networks at scale.
• Deploy and manage cloud constructs: subnets, VPCs, routing, hub-spoke topologies, gateways, and direct connects.
• Develop infrastructure as code and automation tooling to provision networks at scale.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to incident root-cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
• Implement solutions meeting regional compliance and data sovereignty requirements.
