Job summary

Intropic is hiring a senior security leader responsible for the entire security stack across cloud, endpoints, and AI usage. You will prioritise work, implement detection and response, and drive secure engineering practices in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

You will lead security engineering, GRC, and IT guardrails, with weekly focus on cloud hardening, CI/CD security, and compliance readiness. This role requires deep cloud experience and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years security experience across multiple domains.
• Hands-on AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, GuardDuty, Lambda, ECS, EKS).
• Practical Kubernetes experience, preferably EKS.
• Threat modelling for web apps and incident response experience.
• Experience with AI agents in security tooling or workflows.
• SOC 2 familiarity and Git proficiency.
• Jamf and Intune for fleet management experience.
• Strong Python or Bash scripting ability.
• Willingness to learn new security/IT areas.
• Ability to switch domains while maintaining detail and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Security of cloud infra (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD security checks.
• Threat modelling and response for new products/services.
• Manage automated patching across cloud environments.
• Define secure integrations with external SaaS apps.
• Secure AI agent usage in production and client facing apps.
• Oversee SOC 2 Type II audit and evidence collection automation.
