Equifind is supporting a start-up credit fund to hire a Senior Fund Controller as they build out their CLO offering. This role is about design and ownership, not maintenance, with the financial owner accountable for the issuer vehicles, waterfalls, NAV and collateral reporting, fees and returns on retained notes.

You’ll build the reporting and control framework as the platform grows, and you’ll shape how the finance function evolves from early ramp-up through to a mature issuance programme, with

Formación

• Chartered accountant with significant experience in CLO or leveraged finance.
• Minimum of six years’ experience in a CLO or leveraged finance platform.
• Experience overseeing external administrators and NAV production, including third‑party valuations, accruals and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and stress-test interest and principal waterfalls for credit products, final sign-off before figures are used.
• Lead preparation and review of annual financial statements and issuer-level reporting, directing audits.
• Own the books and records of the management entity end-to-end, ensuring accurate capital accounting across investor classes.
• Oversee NAV, collateral valuation and position reporting delivered by external administrators, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Drive quarterly management accounts, cash flow schedules and internal reporting for senior leadership.
